We’ve been waiting for almost 2 years for his presence in our life… It has been a long and tough journey… required patience and continuous prayers to Allah… with trials after trials… and it suddenly became a reality.. when we expected nothing… when we no longer hope… Alhamdulillah… Allah have granted our wish..
It happened at 2,700 - 3,500 feet above the sea level… which was at Colmar Tropicale Bukit Tinggi Resort… sometimes in early August 2004… during our third honeymoon.
Peri*d dah lewat seminggu lah… pregnant ke ni???… tp tak rase ape2 pun.. ok je..
Test la.. knape? Kalo pregnant pun, logik kan???…
Hubby lah the one yg beriya2 nak beli pregnancy tester… Dia bawak aku pi Watson and we ended up bought 2 pieces of tester… in case… testing in the evening would give negative result... so the next early in the morning boleh test lagi skali..
Petang tu… hubby ade game bola.. Berdebar2 jantung aku ni mase nak buat test tu… Hmm… the result came out so fast… POSITIVE… mcm tak percaya je.. aku terus tunjuk kat mak.. this was one of the tactic untuk bagitau mak yg aku pregnant.. senang tak yah susah2 nak susun ayat nak bagitau dia yg aku pregnant… mak suggestkan aku pi klinik to confirm…
Petang tu hubby balik, dia terus tanye aku positive or negative… aku???…. senyum je… in slow tone, aku bagitau dia aku pregnant!… Dia kata dia nak yg first ni – boy… 2nd baru girl… kalo ade rezeki...
Masuk minggu ke-8 pregnancy.. everything changed… baru lah aku start morning sickness… teruk giler… muntah sampai keluar2 darah… sampaikan aku rase lambatnye sehari berlalu… Bulan ke-4 baru ok…
Aku masih ingat lagi bila doctor kata…
…mulut baby… bibir atas tiada lubang….
Aku rase cam nak pitam… I thought something abnormal pada baby… tapi… aku lega bila dia sambung…
…. It’s normal… meaning tidak sumbing…
Fuhhh… I thought it was only me yg rase terkezut kejap… rupa2nye hubby pun rase ape yg aku rase…
..... it’s a boy…
I could see hubby smiling… actually control his smile…
As soon as we got into the car…
YES!!…YES!!… Baby BOY!…. Abang nak belikan boot bola… Jangan sedih, lepas ni, baby girl pulak ek???..
Aku tak kisah baby ape pun, asalkan baby sempurna dan sihat… Memang lah kalo boleh nak baby girl sbb baju baby girl semua cantik2.. tp tak pe lah, this was hadiah untuk hubby for his ‘sharp shot’!
Thanx to my dear hubby.. sbb dia slalu temankan aku mase check-up.. tak pernah skali pun aku pi check-up sorang2.. even kalo appoinment aku terkena siang, dia sanggup cabut opis kejap untuk temankan aku… saat-saat yg paling indah bila kitorg dapat tengok baby during every check-ups..
Aku masih ingat lagi muka Aiman mase scan around 5 month-old.. exactly the same mase dia lahir… bulat… chubby… And now… Aiman is going to be 1 year-old… I’m counting the days; as I counted my due date last year…
